Frequently asked questions - logging in and registeringWhat is my NCMA Quality First reference number?Your reference number is a unique number issued to you when you enrol on NCMA Quality First. If you do not know what your number is yet please contact NCMA's membership services department on 020 8290 2410. Why do I need a reference number to log on? The members' area is designed for childminders enrolled on NCMA's Quality First scheme, so that members can discuss and find out issues relevant to the profession. As it is not a public area, some sort of proof is required of membership. I have a username and password, but I can't log in? Check to see whether cookies are enabled in your browser. If the browser is setup not to accept cookies, the login process will not work. |
